The New Valor V12 Series is the replacement for the V11 Valor Series from Ohaus.
The Valor 1000 V12P30, 60 lb x 0.01 lb has a food safe design making it a reliable choice for general food weighing. The V12 Series is USDA-AMS Listed, NSF Certified and supports an HACCP system.

The V12P30 from Ohaus can accurately weigh in lb's, kg's, oz's, grams and lb's:oz's, the most common units of measure.

The V12 Series is easy to operate utilizing a two button keypad and features a large, white backlit LCD display with 1" high numbers make for an easy read display that is also easy to see in darker areas.

The Ohaus V12P30 AM is well made and features a tough ABS housing that has integrated carrying handles and has a removable 9.65 " x 7.48" Platter constructed from Stainless Steel providing for cleaning and come with an In-Use Cover to protect from accidental spills.

The V12P30 can be powered for up to 1500 hours by 4 D Cell Battery's(not included) for portable use or with the included AC Adapter, The Ohaus V12P30 can be used in virtually any location.
